The birthplace of athletic movement is derived from the basic movements humans evolved to perform. Modern society takes young athletes away from the natural movement patterns that make them so special. It is our job to revert these athletes to their most efficient patterns to bolster on-field performance.

A million years ago an un-athletic human would not have existed. An un-athletic caveman would not have survived to reproduce. Currently, only a small percentage of the population can be described as athletic.
Getting back to humanities' roots will allow us to become more natural movers. Combining this natural movement philosophy with modern technology to ensure improvement is how our athletes see such large improvements.
Every program and training company claims to train properties that "transfer" to their clientele's specific sport. Too often these same programs are centered around a 4x5 rep scheme intended to build strength and "power". These are not qualities that we deem to truly contribute to on-field performance.
Our programs are centered around elasticity and the ability to handle force in extreme ranges of motion. Most non-contact injuries occur in these extreme ranges. We believe that most non-contact injuries can be prevented.
Rarely is sport-specific positioning a priority in common weight room programs. By making sure our athletes can get into extreme ranges correctly ensures that our work can and will transfer to on-field performance.
Becoming a better athlete starts with becoming a better human. If an athlete does not walk, sit, or breathe correctly, how will they perform to the best of their abilities on the field?
This mentality encompasses every single aspect of our work at RS3. It is our job to address the human first and the athlete second. Perfecting every aspect of our lives will allow us to level up and become the greatest versions of ourselves, where we will be capable of achieving anything.
